// HEALTH & SPIRITUALITY
Body, breath, and paying attention.
Most of what I've learned about health didn't come from books. It came from noticing — what food does, what sleep does, what a few minutes of stillness can shift in a day that felt unmovable an hour earlier.
I don't write about this as an expert. I write as someone who keeps coming back to a few quiet practices, and finds them quietly essential.
A few things I keep returning to
- Slower mornings. Whatever that has to mean that day.
- Walking without a destination.
- Eating food that someone made with care — including me.
- Letting silence be its own kind of company.
Spirituality, for me, is less about belief and more about attention.
